Sarah Ramsey Strong 5K & After Party

Take advantage of online pre-registration for the discounted price of $30/adult ($20 for youth up to 18), and $25/student. Online registrants receive 2 free raffle tickets for the door prize drawing at the after-party. On the day of the race, walk-in registration is $35/adult and $30/college student/$20 youth (up to 18).

Join us for the annual Sarah Ramsey Strong 5k on the Burlington Bike Path, along the scenic shoreline of Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont. This year’s family fun run takes place Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 10 AM, starting and ending at Switchback Brewing Co., 160 Flynn Avenue, Burlington. Please plan to arrive by 9:00 AM to allow time to park, sign-in and get your race bib.

The Sarah Ramsey Strong Fund is a nonprofit founded in memory of Sarah Ramsey, Champlain College Class of 2012. Race proceeds support student scholarships at Champlain College and innovation and entrepreneurship-focused student programs sponsored by the Sarah Ramsey Strong Fund.

Immediately following the 5k, celebrate with us at the race after-party for refreshments and runner awards — stay tuned for more details.
